I just started a few days playing on my 3DS again after a few years I don't know how my younger self did this but it connected to my original internet and then we had to get it changed today because well the box died and it was really hard because I didn't know how to do it and I found this one video after 1 minute and 4 seconds and I already know how to do it thank you so much for the Creator you don't know how much this means to me thanks

I spent a year thinking I had tried everything and it turns out that the massive blue button is the default 3ds wifi settings and I was trying to set up the legacy settings all this time. I feel like a real dofus

I can't seem to be able to connect even though on my phone I have WiFi on my 3D's xl won't work..

@hiyall15 its not *just* about the price, but also because you'll lose flexibility after using it, you can't put it on the cradle. Its also not compatible with games that doesn't specifically support it, so you have to take it off every time you want to play a game that is doesn't support it.

I just connected for the first time last Sunday to access the DLC packs in New Super Mario Bros 2 so i could get coins easier. After around 5 and a half years of owning the system i am surprised it only took about 20 minutes to do years of updates. The only thing that changed was the Street-pass app having a huge makeover. It took hours for the Nsmb2 DLC notification to appear though. I was worried that the DLC's were no longer available.

so since it practically only works with wireless internet does that mean that we can connect our phones Wi-Fi to our 3DS or is it have to be the buildings WiFi?

so my 3DS found an access point but when I try to connect the "security settings" wont allow it to connect. I'm not a very smart guy so maybe can someone walk me through how to get this fixed? it wont even let me put in the password
