This cake is a favorite of Mimi's family. It comes out pretty as a picture and NO OVEN NEEDED!!
Ingredients for Crust
1.5 sleeves graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup diced strawberries
2 bananas, sliced
1 container whipped cream, thawed
12-16 cherries
Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients for Filling
one container of whipped chream cheese
1.5 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar
Ingredients for Topping
20 oz can crushed pineapple
Method
Crush graham crackers to a powder
Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and 3/4 cup sugar into large bowl, mix well.
Press graham cracker crust into a 9x13 pan, spread evenly
Place pan in fridge for one hour.
Filling
Add one container whipped cream cheese and 1.5 cups powdered sugar to mixer. Blend until smooth
Topping
Place crushed pineapple in a large bowl.
Slice bananas and strawberries and add to bowl.
Mix all fruit together until well combined

Building the cake
Remove the crust from the fridge
Add Filling to crust, smooth to all edged and even
Add topping evenly over filling
Smooth Whipped Cream over topping
Place cherries around top
Squirt Chocolate Syrup over top
Replace in fridge for 1 hour or until firm
