EDIT: A keen-eyed viewer may notice that it says "By QuincySoulz" and my name is "HauntedWatson". Fear not, I haven't been hacked, I just changed my username. I was going to trim out the titles with my old username so there wouldn't be any confusion, but apparently if a video has over 100,000 views you cant do that so it's stuck there :/
Hey guys! So I'm a little mad about this one because I spent a lot of time making it and as soon as I uploaded it to KZfaq as unlisted, it got copyright claimed which basically means that I can't monetize this or it can't be played on certain devices. Which really, really sucks. I can't think of anyway to get around this, so I guess I'll have to bite the bullet on it. I feel kinda greedy but with how much time I spent on it it would've been nice to get a little money in return. Oh well. It happens I guess.

That opening "FIERO!" sends a shiver down my spine every time. She looks so anguished and angry, and I love how you drew something to go with the spell.

For me as an Italian the word "Fiero" make sense for the character as it literally means Proud. Even if the real name is Fiyero they sound the same.

Okay, I gotta comment on this. You're NOT greedy. You've put your heart and soul to, in a way, give a different take on a kick ass song. It wasn't as if you simply posted the song (or even a lyric video) and hoped the money will drop, no, you actually done something create a work on art that is inspired by a different work of art. I wish they stop doing this and let you create your work in peace.

Haley Killebrew Elphaba did become bad at one point. She said that “I’m wicked through and through”, but even though she turned out to be good after all. Also, think back to the Wizard of Oz, all the things she did were not good. I’m not saying that she isn’t the good guy but she did in fact turn evil or at least tried to at one point in her life.

It's weird for me to think of Wicked as a fandom because as a child I went and saw it and it was my favorite musical and I would belt Defying Gravity, though I don't really care if anyone is apart of the fandom because I am too😂. Your art is amazing by the way! I love this sooooooo much!!!!

I can feel every emotion....in the facial expressions and Idina's beautiful voice fits very well with the beautiful illustrations and the Magic is just flawless and gorgeous. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen....and I thought the Alive animatic was the best thing... This is just too much for me....

They (the people of the Emerald City) made her a monster. She was good to start out with but as the play goes on, she begins to realise that all she does has been for nothing. She tried to be a good person and this is how they repaid her. She's at risk of losing everything, including Fiyero.

I love that you didn't make her skin green like all these other animatics - you focused the lime onto the spells to show that that was her source of power, and that was what we (and her) are attracted to.

The composition and expressions are amazing! The change in colours/lighting around the 2:26 mark were also really effective. My one criticism is that sometimes Elphaba's face shape seems a little inconsistent frame-to-frame. I couldn't really figure out iif you wanted to give her softer or slightly sharper features. Great stuff though, keep it up! :^)

Well, fuck me up why dontcha???? I've got chill bumps!!! Of course, it's not necessarily the most fluid animation i've seen and at moments the proportions seemed a bit off but that's just something I can easily so you improve with time! What really captivated me was her eyes and her facial expressions throughout the song. You can see her worry and uncertainty be replaced with anger and the resolve to be what they believed she actually was. Then the burst of green against the grey and black outlining was so cool, And like i said earlier her EYES!! It's the way you drew them and how theres so much emotion in them!! Completely outstanding!!

When you say that KZfaq called copyright on it in your below description, does that mean if you get two more strikes after this one they close your account, or does copyright just mean that they monetize you and that alone?

Celine Taylor if you get a claim you can’t monitize that video and that’s all, however you can get a strike if you falsely fight it and you try to claim fair use on something that isn’t. However a good chunk of copyright holders don’t understand fair use law and you may get a strike over something that in fact is fair use so I remain rather passive with these. Currently I have no strikes but several claims I haven’t tried fighting.
