This is the no intros version of the center part to our intermediate/advanced Disney themed class! I have designed it as a technique class on pointe, but feel free to wear your flat shoes! Pace yourself! This one will really test your stamina and strength, but hopefully the Disney songs will bring a smile to your face!

Hi I'm Kathryn!
I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
On my channel I make ballet, beauty, and lifestyle videos for everyone of all ages. My goal is help dancers improve and achieve their dreams as well as open up the ballet world to non dancers. I am not doing this class because it's beyond my level and I don't know if I will ever get good enough to go en pointe. I am just watching for the sheer artistry and joy of seeing her do Grand Allegro and flying through space. You can really see the ex-pro gorgeous technique shining through!

I've watched it several times! Those incredible and unique steps. They pour out of you. The intricacy of the movement and steps. I am truly amazed. A total joy to watch. Your ballet outfits are always too gorgeous. Your figure looks great. You are striking. The music and the dancing and the everything is simply fantastic. Your videos are so extremely well done. Hi Katie! I was wondering if you could maybe do a barre for very beginners that’s focuses on just doing posture and turnout exercises and technique? This would help me and many other people I’m sure! Not just beginners but also intermediate advanced dancers who want to work on the basics.
