Ingredients : For 5-6 donuts of about 2.5 to 3 inch size.
1 cup = 250 ml
All purpose flour (maida) 1cup
Instant yeast 1/4 teaspoon
Milk 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon
Water 2 tablespoons
Butter 1 & 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 & 1/2 tablespoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoon
These donuts can also be fried instead of baking.
