Although no doubt these two have talent, something that really bugs me in these types of videos is how the coaches holding the gloves always move their gloves to meet the punch. They're just doing it to emphasise the sound of impact and to make it look good rather than help the fighter. Your opponent won't be trying to walk into your fist in a fight 😂 they need to keep the mitts where they are so they can extend their reach and build on the quickness with extention. I'm a kickboxer and this sort of training wouldn't help me in the slightest but what works for them, works for them I guess.
