Serves 4
Ingredients for the Masala
50g of pre-fried onions or 1 medium onion fried
1/4 cup oil - approx 60ml
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 black cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick & 2 green cardamom pods
Spices:
1 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of coriander powder & kashmiri chili powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger and garlic
Water in a jug to use as and when
INGREDIENTS for the meatball marination:
500g chicken thigh mince (you may use breast mince if you wish)
120g approx grated onion (1 small/medium)
3/4 tablespoons of freshly chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
Spices:
1 teaspoon of salt, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder & garam masala
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
Fresh coriander to garnish
