Norwegian bread recipe:
500 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
400g wholemeal flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
400 grams of wheat flour.
50 ml sunflower oil.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes.

I live in Ohio and enjoy your videos. This bread looks delicious. Not sure why your caption says “5 minute bread” when it takes much longer, but you can’t rush perfection!!

Let the final dough rise in the bread pans. You deflated it by trying to transfer it after it has risen.

It's not 5 minutes and the dough had to rest an hour . The yeast sat for 5 minutes. Be honest

Ich verwende sehr wenig Hefe, besser noch Sauerteig und lasse alles im Kühlschrank mindestens 24 bis 48 Stunden reifen. Probieren sie das mal, es schmeckt dann wesentlich besser. Lange Teigreifung bringt mehr Geschmack. Trotzdem gutes Rezept.

Ciao,sei bravissima e ti faccio gli auguri per la passione che hai,ci provo anche io adesso a 54 anni a fare il contadino e mi piace tanto , l'unico mestiere che non avevo mai provato. Vivo adesso a Vermosh del l'Albania dove per tanto sono nato e cresciuto fino a 14 anni . Faccio il pane a casa con la farina integrale,ci provo in tante maniere,certe volte viene benissimo qualche volta no però mi diverto. Tanti auguri di nuovo per la passione che hai e spero che diventi anche per me😂 così come la fai tu.
