You can clearly see that Midwich is general isn’t designed for any other killer besides Pyramid Head. God windows for easy Judgement hits. Short loops for faking, distinct long sides to hit Judgement, etc. It’s likely they only tested Pyramid Head on the map which explains the terrible huntress hit boxes on that map, nurse dead zones and trapper dead zones.

Most people don't. Even most top players know this game is pretty bad from a competitive perspective but people just want to play it at that level anyway cause they love the game itself.

its tourney ready if you provide a restrictive ruleset. nurse/spirit shouldn't be tourney killers cause they just ignore most of the mechanics of chase, survivors shouldn't have insta heals etc.

I don't think many people actually believe the game is good for a tournament setting, I think it's moreso people that have like 5k+ hours in the game and want to continue to challenge themselves. I'm pretty sure even most people in the competitive scene of DbD would probably admit it's nowhere near as balanced as a legit esport game, at least I'd hope anyways. I don't blame people for doing it though, it's fun to challenge yourself and try to be the best you can.

@@OhTofu i agree with this, but I wish people would take their tourney level tryhardiness and take it into a KYF. Most killers are not ready to deal with survivors actually wanting to win, and it can spark alot more toxicity than this game already has

@@skinneywynney1645 strongest hag maps are maps with tight chokes that survivors must pass through. Examples would be Hawkins, Lery's, Midwich, and Haddonfield. However, Hag is good on every map. Dont worry about rank too much. Rank 13 within 4 days is ok, but dont try to clumb too fast, or you may want to quit. The game shoves you into good survivors faster than you are ready for, so while you are in the lower ranks, experiment with all the killers, and find the one you are most comfortable with. What you want to majn may not be what you end up maining. Example: I thought I was going to be a Spirit main. Ends up Im really good at Legion. Experiement before you get destroyed by rank 1 gods.

i dont even know, i feel like its mostly because consoles a lot more casual with what people do but the places people wedge themselves into is a pain in the ass when your slugging people for any reason and a lot of the time the thing that gives them away is just their team running over to try and get the heal. They just love going and sitting in the corner of the map sometimes(i play around rank 3-4 a lot cause i dont push myself too much to red ranks)
