Thank you! Every wannabe "health expert" should watch this video - I'm so sick of pointless lists of "allowed" and "not allowed" foods and childish criticism of people who happen to thrive on slightly different diets! Let's focus on the bigger picture, - getting rid of the processed junk!

This is awesome & to the point! Why I love all of your video's man! Especially the ankle mobilization! I immediately felt in touch with my board after doing this. In regards to Nutrition, I went to a Naturopath about 9 months ago & he had told me just about the same thing you did. On thing he did stress with me specifically, was that. I have a fairly clean diet, go out of bounds within reason, But my blood cells where very malnourished(We looked at them under the microscope together) He had told me that in many cases people get into the idea that you need to eat 8 small meals a day & to drink lots of water with each meal. BUT he said you should NOT ingest any liquids 30 minutes before a meal & 1.5 Hours after the meal as it dilutes your stomach acids PH.(1.3 wich breaks down food) He mentioned that your stomach DOES need 4-5 hours between meals and the reason being is that your stomach has not processed the meal in 2 hours, & if you add more food to the stomach, your stomach does not send the previous meal down the intestinal tract. So i did what he had said, & noticed a dramatic increase in energy, a massive difference in food cravings & my skin almost immediately cleared up. I used to get cuts which wouldn't heal very fast & a terrible little sea ulcer on my back foot, Right in the knuckle of the big toe, which would keep me out of the surf. Anywho I reckon this would be a little trick you would be keen to check out, & than communicate to more people through the SURF fitness world. Cheers for all the good work dude, your a sick cunt

Mark Mark your naturopath must be a smart switched on dude. the basics, get them in place, and you can't go wrong. then there's room for individual refinement. the ankle stuff is huge and can make an impact to the entire lower body, the whole body really.

Can I ask what is wrong with dairy? I eat a lot of yogurt. If not dairy is soy or other forms of yogurt cool.

if your body is fine with dairy, then all good! I would suggest you take a look at the quality of dairy you're consuming. unhealthy cows don't make healthy dairy. a lot of people have issues with lactose or casein, yet consume dairy constantly. over time it can create systemic inflammatory issues (if someone has a problem with dairy)

Great video!! I have done almost every thing to keep my weight down over the years, even using drugs like ephedrine. I finally said f it, ill just eat clean. I am now even growing most of my own vegetables, greens and fruits. I even will test store bought produce with a brix meter(you should see the looks i get). Unfortunately I also need to stop drinking so much alcohol, as I had no idea 10 to 15 were excessive, lame. Hopefully you can get this message out to more people as it is extremely hard to filter through the bullshit.

stoked to hear on your progress. health is a path (journey), to get unnecessarily deep, and it comes down to simply making better choices. simply consider what your human body, from a genetic perspective, and developmental perspective, was intended to eat. REAL FOOD. what we come in contact with today in terms of food , chemical, EMF, light pollution, etc... it goes against our physiology, which hasn't had time to catch up to the speed and development of technology. eat real fucking food! the simplicity of it. and yeah, alcohol is poison. bottom line. but there are often a lot of other variables with alcohol (socialisation, , interaction, emotion, chemical dependence, etc), so it can be a more difficult process. but you're on the path brother! keep it up. so rad to grow your own food, it puts us back in touch with something that is innately human.

@@SurfStrengthCoach it can be healthy. Home made tortillas or use lavash. (Replacing a tortilla is technically heretical, but I grew up in a multicultural home so I’ll say I’m ignorant to the purist ways)
