Here’s the hole in the logic with this approach: if the customer is throwing up objections as a stall or smokescreen, neutralizing the objection with a language pattern will simply produce *objection hopping.* - The deficit in the prospects underlying certainty have to be addressed before asking for the order again. After all, the wife was never an issue in the first place. So there actually isn’t any great value in sniper shooting down the concern that wasn’t real to begin with. Instead you have to address the true, *unspoken objection* before attempting to close again.

Except thats not true.. he says in the video that specific question determines where the conversation goes from that point. If a customer actually says "let me talk to my wife about it" we all know thats a smoke screen its not their actual objection so he is clearly making a statement that says look your objection that you gave me im not buying it and if that is their actual objection they are still handling it. Either way its a great response. Then the customer has to give either a real objection or accept it and make the purchase. If they give another objection then you should have practiced what to say to handle those real objections as that was what he was saying in the video. Their team has 100 other lines and objections handled perfectly no matter where the conversation goes from that point.

You have to address the objection, if objection hopping starts, say "come on man, you know (address it) but did you really mean you just want some time to think about it? -Customer says yes. Ok, hey that's fair, but in my experience, time doesn't make making decisions easier, information makes making decisions easier. Is there any information that is missing or can we sit down and take this car off the sales floor and into your driveway.

Hey Andy! Just by watching your videos and practicing this with my boss, I've killed a losing streak that I've been on for 2 weeks and I started the week off super hot from the jump. I just wanted to say thank you and that I'll be the next best salesman in my field. I want to follow you and learn everything I can from you. Thank you! Keep crushing it brother!

I've been in sales for around 15 years and have canvassed got on the phone fielded lot ups and this here is probably some of the best material I've witnessed. 👌 I am in the AZ area and I am currently transitioning into solar after 4 years of not selling. This is insane

"Perfect, I want to talk to her too. Anyways like I was saying"... thats how u handle it the first time as a "smoke screen". When it comes up the 3rd time and it's an actual objection, u then have to address it. But u don't go into convincing him he shouldn't when he first brings it up. And BOTH examples everyone googled and goggled over?? They were CONVINCERS, not closers!! The first guy that was role playing the car scenerio was better, cause he didnt sound BEYOND fake and that he was an ACTOR like the insurance guy.. but to me, real closers are puppet masters. They get the customers to sell and CONVINCE themselves!! Those 2 are good convincers, but in my experience, people dont wanna be convinced of anything from anyone else!! The key is making them believe THEY are the ones with the ball, when in reality u scored 10 minutes ago

Pretty much guaranteed that no Andy Elliott disciple is going to sell to me. I don't bullshit and I dont buy without comparison shopping. Give me your best price and when I tell you I am not buying today, I am telling you the truth. Any of these games and I am gone for good. This shit may work with 99% of the people (hopefully more people than that have some backbone), but you aint gonna sell me. If you have the right vehicle, give me a good price out of the gate, and respect what I tell you, you are getting my business.

I'd have to know ur personality before I gave u real advice... however I will say, if ur coachable and willing to learn the SKILLSET, then any personality CAN do it. I know one of the most introverted people I've ever seen that makes 7 figures yearly cause he learned the sales skillset and even though he's naturally introverted he just sticks to the process.. but again, if u aren't naturally good out the gate it's going to take some serious perseverance, so be prepared for that going in.

Also realize that by nature if you’re selling cars you have to have a dark sleezy side or it won’t work. You’re often times helping people go into large amounts of debt for something that they most often don’t need. You’re not making them buy anything but most of the time it’s not in their best interest to take on a 60 month or more loan at 600 to 1200 dollars monthly. Again not your fault but you’re playing a part in someone’s bad financial decisions and pretending that it’s not to their detriment.

Yeah but that's not the car salesman fault. I'd you but a car as grown man or woman. You obviously wanted it or you wouldn't buy it. So no car salesman are not evil. Stupid people say that

As well as my advice for appliance sales for you. You can make 120k a year selling appliances no need to worry about interest rates varying between customers or any broken down cars on the crappy lot if your not selling new. Much better industry. I've been doing it for 14 years.. Also, just to let you know on top of making that money. I started doing Uber in my free time. And if you're near a big city and you don't mind driving, you can actually make an extra 1000 a week. Piece of my just driving Listen to podcast or music and meet people.. If you get a all black SUV any brand less than 7 years old, you can do Uber Black.. Uberblack is where rich people come into the airport or well off people. And they want an nice comfortable. And they pay a lot more money for the ride. You might get paid $50 to drive somebody's 10 minutes. My suggestion is To go get electric vehicle like the Ford Mustang mach e suv or model y Tesla SUV. It is way better for Uber to get paid Extra On each trip. And also, it's only $20 a day to charge up. Which is half the price of gas. I just found out about this secret 2 weeks ago..

They're all hollering a cheering, but I never heard him address the issue. He never asked what the buyer needed to talk about with his wife. He can't overcome an issue if he never even finds out what the issue is. The guy might not even need to talk to his wife, he might really not like the vehicle or the price but doesn't want to rude. Also, the salesman had horrible tonality (I know it's tough to be authentic in a role play). But the most surprising thing is how they all hollered and cheered as if after asking if the guy wanted to be the hero to his wife by making the decision solo, that the buyer would just cave and say sure thing, let's do it.

If you’re a husband, at the dealership by yourself, it is never wise to make financial decisions without your wife. You’re not weak. You’re not stupid. It is wise to involve your wife in all things because you’re one.

You should be ASHAMED of saying "f" bombs in front of your "classes." There are women in there and for all you know, there could be ministers or other types of clergy in there. It is shameful - so stop. Also, while watching your older videos, I noticed you didn't swear. It is a habit you taught yourself.
