Your fire alarms are so much more calm than ours at my old school. We had white EST Genesis' and they basically destroy our ears when it went off. I'm used to it now, since I had to go through many times for many years. (8 years for me).

it’s nice that they warn you before the fire drill happens I wish my college would tell me before it happened I don’t like being jump scared by fire alarms so good job evacuating

Love that Simplex sound! Should be used in hospitals, clinics, public fallout shelters, oil platform living quarters, and hospice centres.

Your school reminds me of my old high school system. Instead of the wheelock outdoor alarms we had system sensor.

i had a fire drill at my middle school i was at the same class during 3rd block no intercom told us btw it was 6-8th grade and the 2 story building of the school has a simplex man voice

Where I come from, when I was in middle school we had a Simplex system with true alert horn/strobes that were on continuous and a Bogen Multicom 2000 overhead intercom system with very many unique tones.

Once you hear the message over the intercom you know it’s time to sound the simplex

I suppose they have to have those drills at all times a day! We had maybe one morning drill in high school a year but the timing of it was usually in November!
