Jill Shively is the forgotten witness in the O.J. Simpson saga that began on June 12th, 1994. That very night, she nearly collided with O.J. Simpson's white Ford Bronco minutes after he left Nicole Brown Simpson's condo at 875 South Bundy Drive.
Hear her story and her journey as we enter the 30 year anniversary of this tragedy.

What if OJ in his Bronco, in his big hurry to get back to Rockingham, had collided with and crashed into another person's vehicle that night, whether Shively or someone else in that intersection? It would have been either OJ doing a hit-and-run and fleeing with his Bronco, or, if his Bronco had been disabled and totaled, he could have been trapped inside, requiring rescue workers to pry him out with the "jaws of life", or, he would have got out of his Bronco to beat the crap out of the other driver, whether it was the other driver's fault or not. OJ was in a big rush to get home to Rockingham, to get into that limo to LAX to fly to Chicago that night as his alibi. What a different story it would have been if he had been in an accident after leaving Bundy, and had become trapped inside his totaled Bronco out on San Vicente.

The fact that she gave an interview is the “bad background”…. Part of a Jury’s rules when deciding the credibility of each witness is always “do they have anything to gain? Gave they gained anything”…. Interviews gain attention, often $$ too…. This was a pattern with Prosecution witnesses, whereby the press found out about them almost instantly. It has been suggested that this was done purposely to actually help the Defense. Yes, you read that right. DA Garcetti NEVER had any intention of convicting OJ Simpson, and this was one of many tactics used to help the Defense. Normally the Prosecution would wait until the very last possible second to ID one of their witnesses to allow as little as possible time for the Defense to prepare for them.

The thumps occurred at 10:52pm. Kato left his room 2 minutes after thumps. Kato took 30 seconds to grab the pen flashlight from the dresser drawer and walk to the spot where Allan Park saw him. Park was on the phone with his boss so Park's time is irrefutably documented and so is the time of the thumps. Park hung up at 10:55:05pm. Park hung up 15 seconds after seeing Kato so Park saw Kato at 10:54:50pm. 10:54:50pm minus 2 minutes and 30 seconds equals 10:52:20pm when Kato heard the thumps. 10:50pm Jill saw AC in OJ's Bronco 10:52pm Thumps 10:54pm Park sees AC walk across OJ's driveway and into his house At 10:54pm, the knapsack with OJ's knife, bloody clothes and footwear is already on the ground located at the right rear tail light of Arnelle's car parked behind the Bentley. Arnelle did not go to a movie and she was lying. Park saw Arnelle's car parked behind the Bentley when he arrived at 10:22pm. Arnelle is Charlie. The person Park saw walk into the house at 10:54pm was wearing dark clothing. Park did not see OJ walk into the house at 10:54pm because OJ's knife, clothing and footwear are *already* in the knapsack on the ground behind Arnelle's car at 10:54pm. Park saw AC Cowlings walk into OJ's house at 10:54pm. The murders occurred at 9:59pm and Nicole's broken stopped *DATE* watch proves it. OJ made two staged alibi calls to Paula at 10:03pm when he was driving home from Nicole's. OJ was home at 10:06pm. OJ called AC to come to his house immediately and AC arrive before 10:15pm. AC drove off in OJ's Bronco to get rid of the knapsack and clean any blood in the Bronco before Park arrived at 10:22pm. This is why the Bronco was not there when Park arrived. AC went to Nicole's to try and find the glove and cap. When he didn't find it, a very angry AC raced back to OJ's and Jill saw AC in OJ's Bronco at 10:50pm. Park saw AC arrive at 10:54pm. When Park left for the airport the Bronco was now on Rockingham because AC arrived back at OJ's at 10:54pm. After OJ left in the limo at 11:10pm, AC planted the glove at the back of the wall because AC tried to ensure OJ would be convicted for the murders AC knew OJ committed. OJ knew AC planted the glove. OJ packed the glove in the knapsack along the knife, bloody clothes and footwear. OJ gave the knapsack that had the glove in it to AC to get rid of. AC brought the knapsack back. OJ then took the knapsack with him on the flight to Chicago. Then the glove that was in the knapsack that OJ gave to AC is found behind the house after OJ leave for Chicago. Fuhrman did not plant the glove. DNA results are 1 in billion people and there are 7 billion people on Earth. However, there is no other person on the face of the planet that could've planted the glove other than AC Cowlings. The glove was planted by AC between 11:10pm and 11:35pm and Fuhrman didn't even get the call regarding the murders until 1am. You're welcome! Reel Justice - King of the Case!

@@Reel-Justice Right,that's suspicious in itself,I would be asking where's my best friend while I'm on trial for my life!? But nobody has mentioned AC..Hmm 🤔 I know we all have different opinions on this case but I've often wondered if AC was with him that night. And one question,were there no street traffic cameras on the junction where Jill said she almost collided with the white bronco?
@Reel-Justice
@Reel-Justice Ай бұрын
@@GA-fz2wt Apparently there were no cameras at that intersection otherwise we would've heard about them by now. AC was not with OJ. AC's girlfriend said OJ called AC right after the murders and told AC to come to OJ's house immediately, which AC did. The person who was with OJ was Arnelle. Arnelle is Charlie. Kato testified that Arnelle was bad mouthing a now deceased Nicole Monday night. OJ said in his book IF I DID IT that someone arrived at his house and was bad mouthing Nicole so he and this person went to Nicole's condo. It was Arnelle. Arnelle arrived at OJ's right after Kato and OJ got back from McDonald's and Kato was now back in his room and on his phone at 9:37pm. Park saw Arnelle's car parked in Arnelle's daily parking spot behind the Bentley. Park did not know who owned the car as this was the first time Park picked up and drove OJ. However, Kato knows who's car it was but Kato has been too afraid for 30 years to say so. Kato walked directly past Arnelle's car 6 times between 10:54pm and 11:10pm. OJ was legit packing before Arnelle arrived at OJ's at 9:40pm. OJ had two pieces of luggage packed and Park saw them sitting outside of the front door when he arrived at 10:22pm. After Kato let the limo onto the property, OJ came out of the house 5 minutes later and OJ went to get the golf clubs out of the Bentley. This proves OJ was indeed packing before Arnelle arrived home and interrupted OJ's packing. The only question that really remains is this: Was it OJ who was wearing the gloves and cap, or was it Arnelle? The DA did not use DNA for the gloves at trial. Why not? In 2017, DA Darden was on Dr. Oz and admitted that the DA had DNA results for the gloves. Since the DA admits they had DNA results, and since they did not use them at trial, it tells me that the DNA was probably not OJ's. So it's quite possible that the DNA was Arnelle's because she was wearing the gloves and cap that Ron pulled off of her during the struggle before he died. The DA decided not to use the DNA for the gloves at trial because it would prove someone else was with OJ. There was also a blood type that didn't match OJ or any of the victims at the crime scene. This blood might also be Arnelle's.

There’s a couple of things a little off with her account. Westwood Ho was actually in Westwood , not BRENTWOOD. That one is not a big deal. She said she almost collided with Simpson on Bundy and San Vicente which means she must of been driving east on San Vicente(as she stated) to head towards Westwood Ho which was on Westwood Blvd. OJ would have had to leave that alley going north then make a right on Montana, then a left on Bundy to end up on Bundy & San Vicente. According to a witness who was walking his dogs, he noticed a car that looked like a Bronco come out of the alley going south, make a left on Dorthy, which was the street to the left of Nicole’s townhouse, then make a right on Bundy, which was away from San Vicente. Unless he made a U turn and headed back up Bundy , there’s no way he would end up on that interception of Bundy & San Vicente. Now, her story sounds very believable. There’s no reason why she would make it up. Just saying in contradicts the account of the witness who just a block away when he saw a Bronco type vehicle speeding away from that alley going away from San Vicente. That being said, her account would make more sense because OJ’s house was in that direction. As a matter fact in OJ’s interview after His , If I Did It book, he said thats the way he would have gone..Up the alley towards Montana.

I have always been fascinated with the details of the OJ involved murders. Not whether he did it or not, but the details of how he did it and the events of that evening. Somebody should take Jill Shively’s account details and map them with the details of a witness-Robert Heidstra to get an accurate picture of the route OJ took from Nichols’s house to his. If both accounts are correct, then the route home for OJ is difficult to understand. Obviously, he made it just in time, but to hear both accounts it actually puts OJ’s path home longer than people think. It would be best for somebody familiar with the streets in the area to comment, because I think there are only a few streets that intersect San Vincente that allow you to cross the east bound lane to go west (the direction of OJ’s house) because of the center median. At least it looks this way using Google Maps. One is Bundy and it looks as if So. Gretna Green also allows one to cross San Vincente to head west (left). That would seem the more direct route home for OJ, but when your take both accounts of Shively and Heidstra that route does not make sense. If OJ made a couple right turns to get to So. Gretna Green, then Shively would not have seen OJ crossing Bundy. For Shively to see OJ crossing Bunday, OJ would have to had made a series of lefts heading away from his house to re enter Bunday north of Nichols Condo. That seems timely. Robert Heidstra was walking his dog and when coming out of the alley on Dorethy east of Bundy he saw a white truck with no headlights on zooming east on Bundy and turning right (south) on Bundy instead of the direct path home which would have him turning left (north) on Bundy. His account also supports my theory and civil case prosecutor- Dan Petrocelli’s that OJ parked on Dorethy facing east in the little turn out space off the street across from the alley behind Nicole’s Condo not in the alley as people think. It was a dark unpaved little spot to park versus parking a big white vehicle in the alley which is not allowed, which would create awareness where somebody could see it and say, “I saw a white Bronco parked illegally in the alley that night”. If you’re going to go to the trouble of wearing black and a cap in June in LA and pull the dome light from your truck so that nobody can see you, you’re not going to park right behind the condo of someone you’re going to murder. If OJ parked in the alley facing north, OJ would have simply driven down the alley. If parked facing south OJ would have turned right on Dorothy leaving the alley which would be a direct way home, however Heidstra saw a white truck without lights on heading east on Dorothy towards him which only makes sense if OJ was parked facing east on Dorothy. If OJ turned right (south) on Dorethy as Heidstra indicated, it makes sense for two possible reasons. One is that OJ did not want to drive his highly visible white Bronco directly past Nichols’s house mere feet from where he killed her for fear somebody sees it and puts him at the scene of the crime. Secondly OJ may have seen Heidstra and turning right puts him away from Heidstra quicker than turning left plus again putting his Bronco right in front of Nichole’s condominium. If OJ turned left, he would then have to make a series of turns around the block(s) to then re enter Bundy north of Nichol’s house to then cross San Vincente as Jill Shively describes. Bundy allows traffic to cross the median to turn left (west) on San Vincente. Many streets allow traffic to only turn right, but few streets allow traffic to turn left and cross the median in that area. I am not sure why OJ did not make a series of right turns once leaving Heidstra and heading south on Bunday to go to So, in this scenario, OJ did not take the direct route home. It probably only cost him a few additional minutes, but I have always found the statements by Jill Shively and Heidstra to counter each other as far as where they saw OJ.

Amazing if this happened today with street cameras this would have all been recorded and a criminal convection almost probable even with that jury. The detectives should have had the awareness to advise her at the outset please please don’t sell your story (yeah easy to Monday morning QB that one). With that said that was zero reason Marcia Clark should dismiss her, and why she’s a failed prosecutor you never ever have too much evidence.

Why wasn't she called to testify for the Prosecution bc they needed all eye's from that Night, unless they felt setting OJ up would win their case and Eye Witnesses didn't Matter.
