Chef Chang. Love his concise cooking instruction and flavors. Reminds so much of my moms,.

Wow. I actually agree with her for once. It is like shoyu chicken. It’s basically the same ingredients.

Where's the recipe?

Looks awesome.... Although the only working mic was on HER and it was turned the wrong way (inward) so we didn't catch anything the cook was saying. Oh well... There's always the recipe to refer to. :)

Sheryl is clearly extremely knowledgable about local cooking. Why is she relocated to standing beside this gentleman and having to feign ignorance by asking him leading questions while he gets to do all the cooking? It's 2021. I would like to see more videos where she is the lead cook. Thanks!

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. Chef Keoni Chang is a jerk. The wahine (I don't know her name) is doing her best to help out and make the clip interesting. She should learn more and do this on her own.

Yeah..no chemistry of comradery whatsoever!! I never see it in any of their videos.😳

From a cube perspective, he’s spot on, but majority of my cuts aren’t perfect cubes, they’re pyramids.🤣 What’s funnier is 6:32, how he disagrees with her comparison of this dish to shoyu chicken. The look on her face was like she was ready to swear obscenities.🤣😂 She wasn’t wrong because it reminds me of the chicken as well, being that it’s made with shoyu, brown sugar, garlic & ginger.

Guys, this is a cooking show. Let's just enjoy it. Take a break from your PC mentality. Chef Chang is just a straightforward man. She looks pretty happy to me. Guys, treat yourself some delicious and go outside to PLAY!
