on this day i decided to try to speedrun my recovery a little bit and challenge six fear foods in one day.
quick disclaimer: not everyone with an eating disorder has fear foods, and everyone’s fear foods are SO different. no food should be feared though, and that’s what i’m trying to teach myself.
