But the mixture of the selected flour turned out to be truly "explosive" 😂. Therefore, the experiment had to be redone and reshomed for a more visual result!
But when I posted photos of these, well, sooo much open loaves, many of you wanted to get this recipe in your piggy bank. Therefore, I chose from the footage that related to the recipe itself and present it to you!
I hope you enjoy it!
So, for the "explosive" recipe we need:
280 gr. whole wheat flour, finely ground
70 gr. whole grain rye flour, finely ground
273 gr. cold water
70 gr. refreshed wheat sourdough at its peak (100% moisture)
7 gr. salt
and + good mood and creativity!
If you want to add butter, you can add 30-60 g of butter (to taste), butter or any vegetable oil to the specified amount of products.
