Are you still using plastic plates, dishes or cups for your kids? It's just so convenient to use plastic for our kids -- we know it won't break and it's inexpensive.
But it's inexpensive at a cost -- the future health of our kids. Plastic should be avoided whenever possible, but especially when it comes to eating and mealtime.
And the truth is, if you've been using plastic, it can be easier to swap items out than you might think. Most often we only need a few items, and so you don't necessarily have to replace every single thing. Pairing down is one of my great tricks to creating a healthier home.
