We attended #OhSoRetro 2023, hosting a club stand with 40 cars present. Here we take a look at the incredible VW Golf Mk2s on our stand, plus some other highlights around the show, with cars ranging from rare classic cars to custom builds.

Great video! And 40 cars on stand was an INSANE achievement!!!!! You don't get that at some national dedicated Mk2 shows. Well done to everyone who attended and to Ali for the great video of the event ❤

The boot is such a Mk2 common issue it really made me laugh when we noticed it in the background during editing and couldn't not show it. As for Leanne... RIP sump. 😅

I even featured that on the 16v video where it takes multiple attempts to shut the door. Which reminds me... we should probably do something with that car soon... 🫣

@@golfmk2 I still have it, first car I ever bought, got lairy abf in it on 2y box, still narrow track, I have been working on it alternate weekends with the MK3 👍

GTIs had black front VW badges. Was a subtle change from a non-GTI model.
