nice one mate....i can honestly hand on heart say i dont go fishing to catch fish i go to be outside in the fresh air and to aid my mental health and if mr or mrs fish want to come and say hello thats a bonus. cracking ray looking forward to the next one already. tight lines and stay safe

Great videos as always but loves the moans! Merry Christmas!! Couldn’t agree more about ‘pig’ - I also hate people saying Unicorns for codling, frigging stupid. Bass should never be referred to ‘seabass’ or ‘silver bar/ bar of silver’ - just say bass ffs! 😂🤪 Hanging a carrier bag of stones on your tripod is another! 😂

Nice one Wayneo our local beach has ross worm beds a total nightmare at times but definitely holds the fish by trapping natural food very enjoyable watch buddy , Happy new year to you and the family. 😉👍

Have you ever fished the south coast? Our local spot on southsea beach in Portsmouth. We go at least twice a week and I know there’s good fish out there just got too get through the whiting and dogfish! Occasionally we get a nice smooth-hound, bass or ray but never land a nice cod. Maybe a challenge for you in 2024 perhaps..

Lady Bay, deep water on the rising tide. 7 Oz leads to hold bottom. Beef up the terminal end 30 main line. Cast out to 10 on clock and get the tackle to settle in front of the rods. Strong currents and weed can be in bucket loads.... Got a 14 lb cod from here years ago... A gaff is needed for on the rocks 😅.

Pig is a old reference in shore fishing to a shore caught Cod 20lb plus or it was many years ago .. I guess some old shore fishers still use this term .. I’ve never caught a pig off shore though haha

Go up the coast a bit maryport/flimby/ Parton/ whitehaven.. silloth isn't that good only a few months in the summer that's it
