Nice demo! I have the right angle M12 die grinder. The last time I used it was to expand the hole on a bracket for an air bag under my RV. I hadn’t drilled the holes with enough accuracy. It was close but not quite. So I made a slightly oval slot. I also have a Kobalt in-line angle grinder that is very similar to the M18. I need to remember I have it and try using it, since it has a much larger grip. Is the collet on yours a self-releasing collet? The M12 and Kobalt are. It’s a weird setup but works very well when used correctly, but jams tightly when not used correctly :) I will try to describe it, but I’m sure there are better instructions elsewhere. The collet snaps into the nut. You do that before you install it. So the collet protrudes slightly in front of the nut that you tighten. When you loosen it, the first thing that happens is that the nut feels a bit loose. But the collet is still tight. Keep loosening the nut. It will get a bit tight again, as it binds against the collet. Then the nut and collet and tool will be loose. If the nut in front of the collet, then it’ll jam the collet in tightly and make it bind. Sorry if I’m telling you something you already knew. I am new to this stuff so I don’t know what is common knowledge and what isn’t.
