During triphasic training especially the isometric phase do I want to get some hypertrophy work (glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings) or just the isometric work for the lower body?

Plz read this message i really want yr help!!🙏🙏 hi i,m a 160cm people and i come from Japan,I want to dunk,some time I can touch the basketball hoop and sometime can’t ,I’ve been in this situation for a year with no progress.and my 1foot 1/4leg push can do a 200kg already and I just a 55kg.1leg push over triple the body weight this is very crazy.should I stop adding weights or keep going.I have do log of plyometric training and i always have play ball.and I run fast too.but even then I don’t understand why i still can’t dunk.i should need to do what
