Overview about the different shutdown methods for HV systems (EV/HEV)

2 жыл бұрынWell, it's always the same. Each car manufacturer is using (more or less) his own method for shutting the HV system of his cars. Furthermore, there are differences between older and newer models, too.
This video will give you an overview about the different existing methods and how to use them.

Cool. In this case do we have two HV batteries, right? In a real case scenario with this car, i would need to disconect 12V batteries and 2 service plug to shutdown both high voltage batteries, right?

Thanks for your comment. :) What make you thought, that there are two HV batteries? In any series production vehicle you will only find a single HV battery. Two different batteries would make no sense as you need controlling and montitoring elements for both. But maybe, I have explained it too weird. :D
