When you accidentally stumble into a boss in the middle of nowhere but a bug stops the fight from triggering so he just stands there. So was this custom made and fitted ? Must've cost a pretty penny but it looks worth it.

Any type of properly made plate armor is custom fitted. It has to be! it's more than just uncomfortable if not properly fitted, it restricts movement and creates unnecessary weak points! This stuff looks to me to be fitted perfectly.

These are the guys that had the famous English archers of Agincourt on the run. Their arrows could not penetrate the armor of the Milanese cavalry.

I don't believe they would have worn a hauberk under all that plate, the weight gain compared to the amount of protection improvement wouldn't be that worth it. If you're thinking of them covering the gaps in the elbow and armpits, they probably would have used mail voiders sewn to the arming doublet. Using voiders would have allowed for the open areas to be protected while not having to wear a full hauberk.

Not really... Depends on quality. An armour of a high ranking men was cost like a Lambo, yes... For example in the Battle of Mohács (1526), Hungarian army had 4000 men-at-arms in full plates.

Even if you get a blade through there, there is supposed to be chainmail and gambeson underneath, so there is a good chance the stab won't even penetrate the flesh. Not to mention a knight is trained to fight and he is more aware of his own weak spots in his armor than you .

This is literally my field of study. I know metalworking is hard, I myself couldn't do it to save my own bacon. That has nothing to do with the fact that the proportions on this harness are all off and that this is a bad, sports-optimised harness with little historical accuracy.

What’s the purpose of the mail coif? Surely the plate provides sufficient protection. Wouldn’t a coif limit the mobility and comfortability of the wearer, and slow him down as well?

A well made coif shouldn't limit or make you too uncomfortable. Plus its just a little bit of extra armor that doesnt weigh much.
