That's just it, NOTHING was EVER said to the Citizens of Pasadena. May had been to no avail. Too many vandals and gang members tearing it up. Would have been nice had that option ever had been made to the people of Pasadena Texas though, and thank you for making that point.

It's becoming a hazord. If people want to keep the building start a fundraiser. Start a fundraiser to fix it. Raise the money.

I would like to have some bricks from it if they tear it down to use to make side walks around my yard . I remember seeing that bank on our report cards from school . Long time ago . Lol ! Man I'm old !

Wow! I thought I was the only one who remembered the report card thing! I still have one tucked away somewhere :)

I don’t get why everybody says it was the only skyscraper in Pasadena, Texas, when clearly the city’s tallest building is the Endeavour apartment skyscraper that is 30 stories tall, so over twice as tall as the demolished skyscraper.

Pasadena can we please rebuild this building? That big thing could be the second pasadena state bank and make it the same

They should turn into some modern recreational building. Just like Houston did with POST at downtown.

It was a very attractive building. I never understood why it stayed vacant for so long. The bank lobby on the first floor was first class ! I remember when it was under construction and it's sad that it's gone. Something went terribly wrong at some point and it fell into disrepair.

People were all talking about seeing the tear down , I had work. I worked that morning overnight. I didn’t care. I just wanted to go home after working a 16 hour shift

RealJGII shut up! Do you not know how much people miss this building.not trying to be mean but when my dad was here he worked there for 7 months when it was bank one
@ccrozz993 жыл бұрын
The building was a hazard. The owners wouldn’t do anything about it. A good mayor cares about safety. Not dangerous memories.

Well, that explains the old Crown plant next to the Washburn Tunnel.
