@@osmanyousif7849 You most definitely could get a great body as a mechanic, you are underestimating how much heavy lifting and different types of muscle stimuli is in doing jobs like that. Buuuut possible and probable are 2 different things, big deal would be the diet, getting buff is one thing, but theres maybe 1 in a million mechanics who actualy eat clean and healthy enough to be that cut. Same goes with the construction worker thrope, theres definitely enough strength training for muscle growth, but the diet is completley different topic and when it comes to looks, those 2 things contriute around the same

I know you think that but i have personally seen people like that irl in my country. Granted, it's heavy lifting, hunger and a little more but still, they exist. Bricklayers alone can have that body because their work out is carrying bags of cement and pounds of sand up flights of stairs.

@@user92248The specific muscles this guy has look very much like gym muscles. Also the character is portrayed by an actor who goes to the gym. I don't really know what you're trying to say? A lean muscular figure is entirely a thing that happens with hard labor but the muscles specifically tend to look quite different. My dad is legit a mechanic so I know what they look like lol

Another set of people are agberos, these sets of people hardly sit comfortably, almost always on their feet and drink strong spirits. Another thing is we're in the tropics so they hardly wear clothes that cover up so you will see. They absolutely are built like this. But i am african so that may have something to do with this. I'm not even talking about people that are thick and muscular, then I'll talk about a certain ethnicity in my country.

Oh for my fellow writers, here’s a trick I heard about if you have trouble getting in the zone to write: always keep at least one thing consistent. Like, always have shoes on when your going to write. Always sit in this one specific spot. Always wear a certain shirt. Always eat something very specific during or beforehand. As a Coloradan, my first thought was oh god, it’s set in Colorado?! If you want a movie that involves a journey from Utah to Colorado though (I know, coincidental), I’d check out Cannibal the musical. It’s basically Trey Parker of South Park’s project when he was still at CU that also has Matt Stone, before they made South Park together. It’s made favorite cult following independent movie; it’s buck wild.

bc you mentioned being more scatterbrained during that ✨ time of the month ✨ the hormone changes make adhd symptoms worse! and also sometimes meds that usually work don’t work bc of the hormone changes. so that’s fun I will say oranges (just vitamin c in general) and iron supplements helped me out with both things.

Proper nail removal is so worth learning. I did that same thing to my natural nails when I first learned to do my own nails lol, NEVER AGAIN. I'd rather deal with using an E-file with my non-dominant hamd and soaking then in acetone for half an hour than go through that.

I promise I'm not trying to diagnose you / come off weird, but the way you talk about your period reminds me a lot of my own 💀💀💀 If you've never heard of PMDD/PME, I super recommend looking into it. It's very common with women with ADHD, and tackling it has really helped me. I only mention it cause it's not well known at all. Your videos are amazing as ever!!! 💞
