Build Updates:
NEW 3.13 CHANGES:
- Saboteur saw some significant shifts this league, effecitvely buffing Pyroclast Mines heavily.
- We lost some reduced mana reservation and generic damage increases. However in return we gained some mine detonation speed, mine throwing speed, huge buff to Demolitions Specialist and now blind enemies and hit our regen cap much more consistently!
- As a result of these changes I picked up some extra reduced mana reservation for mine skills on the skill tree.
OLD CHANGES:
Heist Changes: The build is in a solid place, almost no changes this league. There are some really good alt quality gems to look for:
Pyroclast Mine: 20% Increased Buff Effect
Minefield: Supported Skills can have up to 4 additional Remote Mines placed at a time
Main Delirium Changes:
- Pyroclast and its enchantments were nerfed. Lowering total damage output.
Gem Changes:
- An alternative Arc Mine setup has been added in to boost clearing in the early leveling/mapping before an Astral Projector can be acquired.
