Hello Patrick, my mother gave me her clock fromHolland as she has been gone 5 years now. For the first time, I hung it up and watched your video. The pendulum works for a bit and then it stops. Do you Know what the problem could be? I don’t want to take it to a watch repair shop because they said it will cost 300-500.00 to fix. 🙏 Thank you

Hello , I just want to ask you if all of these clocks have bottom brass ornaments like this , because I bouth a clock without bottom brass triangle ornament. Thank you in advance.

Not all of these type of clocks have the lower brass ornament. Depends on the size and if it's original or a reproduction ftom germany

why does my clock stop after running for a short while. I have moved the crutch arm, then hung the pendulum, hang on the wall (its straight) and it runs but only for 30 min max. The oil was cleaned and oiled by seller.

it was probably set backwards during a time change. That may have bent something inside.

i JUST BOUGHT ONE OF THESE IN aUSTRALIA. iT'S A BIM BAM RATHER THAN A SINGLE NOTE SRIKE. iT WORKS PERFECTLY, i'M VERY PLEASED WITH IT. iT COST ME aud$600 WHICH i THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE. tONY.

The hammer on my clock strikes the correct number of hours but very fast. how do I get the hammer to strike at the original pace?

I just bought a large one and I paid $350.00 US dollars for it with shipping......Did I get taken for a fool or was the seller on the up and up?

$350.00 is a high price for a Dutch Zaanse Klok ! But you may asked yourself is it big or is it a small one. Small one are prices from $30,- to $ 60. The large one will be $ 100,- to a highest price off $250 but that is almost impossible. Cause a large Dutch Friesche Staartklok or a westminster clock is a price off $ 350. So i must say maybe you're a taking by a fool man :( But ! are you like him ? that's the important thing that you love him !!
