Guided meditation for pelvic floor pain. Decrease pelvic floor pain with this guided meditation. Do this mediation daily to heal yourself now. As an acupuncturist, I created this mediation which helped me heal and transform my life.
This is a great way to start healing chronic pelvic pain.
Pelvic floor pain can heal and mediation is a key step to your healing.

I suffered from hypertonic pelvic floor and IC for many years and after one time listening to this the pain went away. You have given me my life back! I listen to this every morning and the pain has not come back! I am so grateful for you and I cannot thank you enough!!!

I am so grateful for you sharing this with me! I can’t explain how happy I am to hear you are healing! Remember to carry what you learn during the meditations into the rest of your life. These meditations help build the mind body connection. When you are aware of your stress levels you can then use the stillness learned in meditation to release tightness and pain while anywhere. This will keep the pain away. I personally check in with myself often. How am I doing? How am I feeling? Are my muscles anywhere tight? Do I feel down or stressed? And I bring myself to peace using the stillness in meditation. This is key. I’m so happy for you! Namaste 🙏

10Golds Marc , You are on the healing ride my friend and it’s a bumpy one. We all go on it as humans some to lesser or greater degrees. If your pain is great I believe your healing is also. Please remember how moldable this reality is. So make today the first day of your many days of no more pain- commit to that with your mind soul and your body and all it’s parts will follow that command. You got this!

Great guided meditation. I don't have pelvic pain per se, but a good deal of tightness/tension. It's crazy how much better it feels after "breathing into" that area intentionally. Thanks for the video!

Tightness and tension is pelvic pain. Make sure you do the work to keep this better so it doesn’t start effecting other parts.

​@@ceibatreehealing-cynthiapi8655 Yes, when I'm consistently reminding myself to relax and breathe into that area, it does seem to get better. But it almost seems like being tense is the default state. And I get other symptoms that I won't get into here. I've noticed in addition to these meditations that other things bring me relief as well: fasting, eating certain foods (I could swear broccoli seems to do something good for me), stretching. Anyway, sorry for the late reply. Hope all's well. Cheers!

I will help you pray! Make sure you do the breathing technique in the other videos. And the simple self massage I describe in another video. And I know to heal this you must dive into the mental aspects - that is the key to keeping it away once you heal! You got this! Do it daily and let me know your improvement after a month! If you have any questions about any technique feel free to ask.

I was doing better but I fell down and now I’m in pain again I go to therapy but sometimes I feel I hurt more so breathing can help this flare ? I want to go back to where I was before the fall I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ if I should keep going to therapy

I like your style...But for the life of me I can't conjure up any orange inner light..I tried to do it but the effort undid the relaxation before that. Any suggestions?

I would explore the concept of “letting go” and adding more flow of the unpredictable into your space- In meditation and life in general. So when you enter a mediation even a guided one let go of a predictable outcome. Allow different colors or shapes to take over if they do. If you start and can’t follow along allow that to be while just breathing and realign when it happens naturally. Also!! Meditation takes practice thats why it is called a Meditation Practice. Don’t give up! All that is required is your effort to sit and stay for some time. No other effort is required. When you find yourself putting in effort just breathe.

It focuses on the energy of the pelvic floor. It moves and unblocks this stuck energy which can cause pain. If you didn’t get relief I suggest don’t give up! You might have to stick with it for a month before you get a decrease in pain. Don’t give up!! And hey if you don’t think it’s much different than other mediations that’s ok, just keep doing some mediation that focuses on the area so that shifts can happen. Blessings.

Hello!!!! Yes ! Yes! Yes! It most definitely can help. Don’t give up my friend! Daily is key!!! I would seriously do a least an hour a day. Might sound like a lot but once you get in the flow it will seem short. It is your Divine given right to use this tool to heal. You can heal! You can change your life!

Meditation is something you have to keep practicing to get right. Keep it up and one day it will click. And not being able to calm the mind is a key part in fixing the issue. I know you will get there if you keep trying!
