I love how the same exercises, when timed a certain way, combined a certain way, have such a different outcome. I literally do all those exercises on my own but this particularly sequencing, holds, modifications make a huge difference. Really activated some of my very painful areas around my hips and sides. Thanks!

Hi I’m 34 and had a large fibroid removed back in July that was causing my so much pain for months,since then I am still having a lot of pelvic pain and was trying to figure out what was wrong with me because I thought the surgery would take away all my pain,till I was told I have tight pelvic floor muscles due to clenching for so many months because of the fibroid pain.I also suffer from very bad period cramps since I started my first period and have ibs but I read that’s linked to the pelvic floor problems.I came across your videos and I love them your voice is so calming and peaceful although I’m still in pain daily I will not give up watching your videos has helped me calm down.I just wanted to say thank you for helping us.

I love all the yin yoga. I’m 73 and practiced yoga for 10 years until pelvic prolapse made me question continuing. But now I am finding the slower pace of yin yoga has helped me return to my favorite form of exercise. I cannot stretch as much as when I was younger but thankfully you instructions included modifications. Namaste.

I'm glad you found the modifications to be helpful! I agree about yin yoga, it's actually my favorite style of yoga asana. I tend to be so "busy" that when I actually allow myself the time and space to relax and sink into a stretch, I have a hard time coming out of the pose because it feels so delicious to truly unwind!

I'm new to FemFusion and to Dr. Bri's pelvic relaxation yoga exercises. I've had more success following her exercises and stretches in relation to relaxing my pelvic muscles than any other therapy I've tried. I would like to find more of her sessions. Dr. Bri, which of your videos are BEST for pelvic floor therapy. I really hate trying to do the exercises from the papers that they gave me. I am constantly looking at the papers to see what's next and to make sure I am doing them right and it is SO annoying. I love doing exercises from your videos and it is so much more relaxing to do them along with you.

I kinda cried at the end of the video, listening to this beautiful story and releasing my pelvic floor... I really hope I will get there too. I'm currently struggling with vulvodynia, to the point I sometimes can't walk properly and I always have painful sex. I'm on a long waiting list to have pelvic floor therapy with a specialist and I'm gonna have to wait a little more than a month from today, but your videos are helping me a lot. Thank you thank you thank you for your work, I will continue to make exercise with your videos tomorrow as well

If it's just discomfort from stretching muscles that are tight, that's probably normal and just fine. Pain is never okay, however. If you feel PAIN, then it's important to back off/modify. Hope that helps!
