I know this hog! She responded to my ad in May 2022 for a place to rent, but I had seen this episode televised. I met her at a location, but I had just secured a rental with a deposit. I said, "The unit is already rented & I am in process of removing the ad!" At this point she told me, "As long as the ad is in place, you need to consider all offers!" Told her goodnight & walked away while she was screaming that it was, "Unfair", "You are a liar!", "I am going to sue you for 'bait & switch'." She was trying to get a reaction out of me. I just kept walking. I am still waiting for the summons to court.

The way she acts in court you can easily get a sense that she’s vindictive thus one can inferred that she breaking window, scratch the floor, pee in buckets, etc. to get back to her ex-landlord. She’s one of those tenants from hell who doesn’t pay and think she can live for rent free.

I’ve watched a lot of People’s Court. This is, by far, the best episode yet. The defendant is a horrible human being on every level.

What a horrid defendant. She has no anger management or control, applies unfairly for extensions galore, breaks her lease by paying late and making alterations (painting), destroyed things, pees in buckets etc. Of course she did everything he said she did. The way the defendant was getting so angry at the judge and the plaintiff I totally believe she did all that damage and also was trying to use her cancer diagnoses as an excuse to her awful behavior. Just because she may have done some good helpful stuff in other countries doesn’t necessarily make her a good person. Right from the first few seconds defendant was in court and the judge was telling her 'we won't use your last name' and the defendant didn't even have the courtesy to look at the judge when she was speaking to her - this says everything the judge needed to know.
