The plaintiff met the defendant through Snapchat, they began dating, and she loaned him some money for his car insurance. The plaintiff claims the defendant still owes her money, so she’s suing. The defendant insists money went back and forth between them during their relationship. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is just bitter about their breakup.

I'm going to play devil's advocate and say that I don't even believe the guy was a user. I believe that she genuinely scared the crap out of him and he fled. Going through his phone, and getting his name tattooed and also admitting to having other names on her. This is a pattern for her she moves too quickly. He needs to pay her the money back, no excusing that.

I felt that speech at the end. I didn't go to her level but when I was in my early 20s, I had a hard time dating. Depression, low self esteem and no confidence destroyed every relationship I was in. What the judge said was spot on.

The Defendant is nothing but a user who goes after women who will give him what he want: he admitted to just adding random women and conversing. He was clearly on the prowl for whoever would have him. I’m glad she got her money back and hopefully she judges more intelligently in the future. She can do so much better than him.

This was absolutely heartbreaking to see a women her age with lack of guidance she desperately needed growing up. This is what it looks like. She looks broken and then what happens po okie comes around and because she doesn’t feel like she has ANY value she sleeps with him. These are red flags to look out for in men. The men that “barrow money” and then don’t pay it back but then a women with no confidence is told she’s pretty and gives him money. Parents please for the love of god stay in your children’s lives, talk to them, encourage them, guide them through there young years because she’s 23 and doesn’t see the red flag that bad ! My heart goes out to this young lady. She is extremely insecure. To feel the need to check his phone is bad enough; it’s a red flag for trust issues. Then to loan him money that he admits he owes, but somehow says he doesn’t feel like he should have to pay back? Bad combination. Yes, the young man seems mild-mannered and truthful. Loaning money to someone so soon after starting to date is a big NO NO HELL NO. Being too broke to pay your bills is a big red flag. If anything tell them to borrow from their family. If they can't borrow from family that's another big red flag! I feel so sorry for her. She seems damaged. I guarantee you that if she doesn't have other men's names tattooed on her she has their initials. Her confidence is shot. Her mumbling is a sure sign that she not confident enough to proudly speak her truth. Hopefully, she'll learn from this experience & from the judge.

The judge asked her a few questions and the girl is so shy to answer but she was trying to let the judge know that she saw the messages when they popped up you know you get partial message so she see the whole message but enough to know they're mentioning information that includes her and the defendants sex life. I hate that when the judge asked questions and then won't wait and allow the answer to come out!

I agree..she did the utmost..that's not lonely...that's throw a rabbit in the kettle, Glen Close in Fatal Attraction crazy. Getting some strange dudes name tattooed on u that's not EVEN your boyfriend And even if someone IS your boyfriend, it's still crazy to get their name. He left her and she wouldn't take no for an answer. I can't feel sorry for someone that delulu- lemon😬
