The plaintiff brings her ex-husband to court. She says the defendant called her because their son was in jail, and he needed to be bailed out. The plaintiff sent money to get their son out, and she thought the defendant would pay half, but she ended up paying the full bail amount. She’s suing for the cost of the bail. The defendant argues he couldn’t pay half because he needed to wait until he got his paycheck the next day. He thinks the plaintiff owes him thousands in back pay for child support.

He raised their child while she was drugged out, forgave her child support arrears, and still visits with her family and creates a bridge for her son and her family and she has the nerve to sue him over $200. She’s a terrible, toxic, entitled person.

The defendant got tears in his eyes when the judge was making the plaintiff put herself in his shoes. He is a single black dad and raised his son without the mother and that absolutely deserves recognition. You can tell this lady has been ungrateful throughout that whole child’s life. The way he got so emotional when Judge Millian told the plaintiff how wrong she was.

The plantiff is very ungrateful and has some issues of her own the way she is dragging her former spouse. It's great that Judge Milian highlighted the father's child rearing and compassion for his former spouse. However there are good women who do the same exact thing with their eye's closed. Thankfully I had both of my parents in the same household. So it's like a cliché when people single out father's for doing what they should do.

If your adult child calls you because they're in jail for something as serious as a DUI....LET THEM SIT IN TIME OUT IN JAIL. Don't bail them out or they'll never ever learn! Let them deal with the consequences of their actions. Their actions aren't your responsibility. Idc if they have a great job or kids or whatever. THEY were the ones that screwed up. I get that people mess up sometimes, but they need to face the consequences of their actions that they chose to do- whatever those may be.

She tried to say she paid him back because she paid for the kids college. That’s not how it works. The father paid for 1/2 the expenses out of his own pocket. She doesn’t owe her son anything, she owes her EX $21k. Many people who owe child support don’t seem to get that. Arrears means you owe the EX! That means they can spend it on pedicures, a new car, whatever the heck they want. And you’re lucky you don’t owe interest on the LOAN they gave you.
