Good video as usual. Thers a time to look like the jacked badass and there's a time to be the gray man amd blend. It's knowimg when that counts. And being able to back it up if needed. And if you're fighting fair your tactics suck. Old Ranger saying. A good combatives program will keep you from having to go to guns prematurely.

At age 68, I train using the starting strength fundamentals to keep my body strong and not become a victim of crime when I'm on the street here in San Francisco, a place where you always have to watch your back.

NICK, I know you know he's a Seal, but not just any seal...the man with the gun is former Seal Team 6 (DEVGRU) operator DJ Shipley. Nick, he's strong as #$%&! DJ has given more for this country than most. Please Don't disrespect him! People were laughing in the background due to your remarks. RIP wouldn't approve of this. These operators are masters at their craft just like the SS Team members are master's at their craft...so before you talk smack...do your research.....SS is a great strength training tool but it is not the end all be all.....nothing is. I know you're a range master/ firearm/combative's instructor but this man is on a completely different level ... kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mr16krqovLnFkqs.html kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Z8x4aJaZtcXcg2g.html
