Thank you Peter Chen. I started to learn Tai Chi at the age of 68 during the Corona Covid-19 Lockdown and your videos on KZfaq were very useful to me. So I'm only practicing for a couple of months now and I can feel the changement in my body and mind. I'm thankful that I discovered Tai Chi (even at my age) and I hope to do this for the rest of my live. With kind regards from Marc (Bruges, Belgium)

Thank you Peter Chen for your teaching of Tia Chi. I am 60 am on disability. I was in an accident few years ago causing balance problems, I have been diagnosed with many health problems a CHF, Aorta valve severe disorder, no thyroid now, was a diabetic for many years but I have reversed it now, I have OA arthritis. Then lost my husband of 34 years to cancer. I am interested in doing Tia Chi to improve my mobility , balance, strength and energy.

Great videos Peter, thank you for this. I watched many ohters Tai Chi training videos and yours are the most convincing for me. your mouvments are the most reasonable i found like taking the hand backwards, to gain momentum, before pushing

I looked up tai chi movements because I noticed my blood sugar responded better to slow continuous gentle yoga stretches so I googled tai chi and found this video. My numbers dropped nicely. I will do this throughout my day from now on. Thanks Peter.

After the practice you should be able to feel the energy circulating your body with a warm and soft and elevating expand throughout in a very comfortable and boosting way. I am trying to get the feeling back. I remember the feeling and miss it. 🌞👍👍👍👍🌞 Appreciated

So much details & coordinations to pay attention to continuously and simultaneously no wonder my many pieces of fragments were almost impossible to reconnect. Thank you again 🌞😊 🌞Master, or, should I say "Seafood" LOL🌞🤣🌞 Can't appreciate it enough, without your help I am afraid it would be fragments left behind there forever

Feedback time(I know no one asked me to do so. LOL🌞🤣🌞) After all forms got connected finally I got a feeling of "that amazing energy" like 5-10% by now, no longer feeling almost "empty"LOL🌞🤣🌞. I think how well you can feel that energy depends mostly on how well you can hold on and anchor ⚓ and shift the "core of your body" (Chinese "Dan Tian" pronouncing 'Done Tyan' ); and of course coordinations of movements breath and MIND, smoothily continuously and simultaneously. Great thanks to those who had, has, has been contributing their great efforts and dedication to the Taichi available today that people including me are benefitting from it 🌞😊👍👍👍👍💐🌸🌺🌞🌺🌸💐👍👍👍👍😊🌞

I started this 4 weeks ago and I cannot get the hang of it. I wish they could develop basic pre-training information before forcing beginning students to memorize the movements. I wish I could memorize but I have no basic idea of how it works. It makes me feel stressed. I will quit next month.

@KK, don't stop. Keep working at it. Try taking it just one posture at a time. Work on that one posture until it is comfortable. Then work the second posture. Then work the 1st and 2nd postures. Keep adding on until you have them all. Start and stop the video, rewinding as many times as it takes to understand what is happening paying attention to the feet and hands. Trust me, it will be worth it in the end. Good luck.
