Week 5 on Tren, sust and winstrol. Honestly, the rage is real, insomnia is real, sex drive while on Tren is definitely out of this world. (Made me realize that probably porn stars are on gear) Definitely ruined my long lasting relationship but made me realize my worth as a man. The bad side effects was that my heart beat would go crazy at night and hands would get numbed. I’ve fear that I would have a heart attack. After I’m done with this 12 week cycle definitely taking a long break from PEDs.

In competing with other power lifters it was hard to except why my gains came so much slower . Why many others suddenly shot ahead by hundreds of pounds . Many would show me workout programs that showed 50 , 60 pound gains in a week . I eventually realized many were using steroids. I did eventually become a a State Champion but it was a long time coming. Many of the power lifters who eventually told me the truth have past away. I think the steroids cut short their lives . I am now 67 and still do power lift movements to maintain my strength. Thank you Peter for telling it like it is and what a price you pay to get to a world class level . New Mexico , L.S.

Hey Pete, I have to thank you for pushing health and saying you would have done things in a much smarter way had you been able to go back and start again. At one point, I was taking upwards of 850mg of Test, 20mg of Sdrol, 100mg Anadrol and 300mg of Tren. It was one of the most stupidest things I have done with my health and still don't understand why I did it, for so little extra gain. I got off for awhile and went back on starting with a modest 500mg of Test, ramping up to 700mg and now I am at 850mg on Week 10. I am stronger than my last cycle and feel 100x better. I have focused on training with even more ferocity and intent than ever, and attribute it to gradually ramping up the Dose, Training Volume, and Food instead of simply taking more drugs when I stall out. I have Anadrol waiting to be used, I don't feel that I even would need to use it for the next 3-4 weeks. I started this cycle with a less is better approach. You were a big part of helping me understand you can go a long way without that much.

I’m on about to finish my second year of medical school and moving onto rotations this summer. With that said, my speciality will be endocrine. I’m on TRT via the VA. So I decided to go into the lab and formulate a vial of trenbolone Acetate and Trenbolone Enanthate. Used 50 mg of Tren Ace 4 times a week for 2 weeks ( 200 mg per week total), kept a short detailed log book about my experience. It definitely alters the mind, a form of over stimulation to say the least. I felt a change on my thyroid, body temperature, train of thought. In the gym I felt invincible. vascularity was apparent as I was on a caloric deficit. However, the mind did veer to somewhat of a dark place meaning I felt robotic, rested yet untested, over stimulated, a bit of a short edge. After the 2 weeks I was glad it was over. Took a month off and moved onto Trenbolone Enanthate for 4 weeks. Unlike Tren Ace which ‘kicked in’ the next day ( blood work showed that as well), I felt the effects after 7days fall in. It wasn’t near as traumatic as Tren Ace lol. I was injecting 200 mg a week and it was a bit more gradual and manageable. I didn’t feel as over stimulated and edgy as with Tren Ace, however the physical changes where there. I did notice by the 3rd week a bit of anxiety as compared to Tren Ace where anxiety was immediately felt the flowing day or so. Another difference was, when I stopped Tren Ace, I felt somewhat normal after day 2 or so where Tren Enanthate, it took more or so 14-16 days to feel somewhat back to normal. In my experience, I would say Tren Ace is comparable to a drug such as Meth ( I’ve never used that drug but of course ive seen patients in the ER coming in from the use of Meth and I could relate to them after using Tren Ace lol). In conclusion, I find Tren Ace to be extremely dangerous not only for the heart, but mentally it doesn’t alter the mind. In these short experiments, the did negatively impact the blood work in many key areas. Can only imagine the damage/impact of long term use.

I also got paranoid. I remember a time when I was going to the gym and there was a group of guys standing in a shop doorway and I put my hand in my pocket and got my car key between my knuckle and I remember thinking if they say or start anything I'm going to start taking eyes. This also linked into the aggression because I also remember thinking about doing some horrendous things to people. Though it was all mental as I never actually did anything or had an outburst and I remained social and It didn't change my behaviour or anything beyond my way of thinking. I must also say I met my wife while I was on tren in 2015 and we're still married to this day lol. I use to get vivid nightmares and night sweats too

Also because Im sweating and I can't replace the water or electrolytes while sleeping, waking up with cramp in my calves is common. Literally go from sound asleep to throwing myself across the room rolling around on the floor speaking in tounges and swearing 😅 tren is no joke. its a hell of a ride. just got back to training seriously again and ive put 7lbs on in 10 days on my cycle. It will work wonders but you WILL pay a price, wether thats ED, rages, heart problems ... you roll the dice everytime you decide to run it. Im looking at alternatives so I can start harm reduction. Mast Primo NPP looks viable but I won't be experimenting with a replacement for that "tren look" for about another year tho. I would wake up so angry/depressed I couldn't get back to sleep so would go for a drive to cool off. I missed work heeps because of bad anxiety and I almost quit. Towards the 5 week mark I was planning on doing some real bad things that would of landed me 20 plus years in jail. So I had to stop. Never gonna run tren again. You don’t realize it makes you a different person until hindsight. You think “oh I’m not one of those people” until you look back and realize you made much different decisions than you normally would. Not to mention too much aggression can mess you up more than help in terms of screwing up technique. The trensomnia is terrible too. For anyone that refuses to not run tren I’d suggest at least trying MENT instead. In my experience much less noticeable sides with comparable if not better strength gains. Granted that’s not talking about health side effects. Tren isn’t worth it imo, there are better alternatives. The best option is to stay natural if that’s an option. If you’re like me and put on TRT for a legitimate reason and have to compete untested and decide to go full boar and blast for comps, still don’t do tren.

I know of what you are saying in this video from the bodybuilding side, I have been using tren for years pre-contest, but don't have many of the sides most people do. Yes I know many form the power lifting side from West Side in Ohio and it's about 50/50 on the sides. So my guess is it may be person to person??? Thanks for the good content!!!

Yes sir! It is somewhat person to person dependent but I’d say most people have major sides!

It's funny. I took Tren in my 20s and seemed to be more effected psychologically by caffeine supplements than the tren. (and yes it was real, I used different sources and even converted cattle pellets- this was 20 years ago) I took a couple shots later in life and was an all out aggressive psychopath. Needless to say, I threw it out. That was kinda the wake-up call I needed to see that trt (or even generous trt) was good enough and much more conducive to the life I want to create!

Great video Pete. It seems like we’re moving away from the drug-focused craze of the past few years spurred on by MorePlatesMoreDates (no hate to him, it’s good content). I think that’s a great thing, I’m glad people are talking more about training and diet and warning people away from drugs, but I do always love hearing from people who have actually been around the block with this stuff, and your brutal honestly and off the cuff style makes it even more fun to watch.

Good to hear another experience💜At the moment I do about 750 test, 250 masterone and that 200 mg tren like you 'recommend' + 10 to 20 mg methandienone as a training booster per week and feeling quite nice at the age of 46... High tren doses usually with giving you all that strenght just make you crazy and that 450 mg per week I once cycled was definitely too much for me😬

@@intrepidsouls that is not too much compared to some protocols... But even this my weekly load at my age is more than enough and not to be run for a long period of time. I go like this maybe 2 to 3 months all together and then (at the moment in real life) cut this dosage in half, or so... Tren and masteron are quite harsh to your mental and physiological health, so those I will get rid of totally. Soon for the rest of my life, I think... I just added 25 mg proviron to my daily basis and it works very well.

Hello Pete, greetings from Serbia. Let's play a hypothetical game. If you ever had a chance to break a world record in deadlift, but you were very close to doing it, and the only way to make it happen is to jump on Tren for a short time again, would you do it?

I have a life long health issue with too much adrenaline. I got one of my adrenal glands removed but It didn't really help. My blood pressure has been crazy even when I was a child. And my hands are shaky. My strength has always been above average and lots of ppl think im on steroids but I'm natty. I can relate to the paranoia but since I've delt with it from childhood I can 100% control my temper even if it feel like the world is falling apart.
