Hello Everyone!
Here is another amazing Pilates and Yoga treatment based plan for posture series and this time it is a daily corrective exercises the Anterior Pelvic tilt Posture, caused by numerous factors but mostly because of prolonged sitting that causes weakness on your abdominal and Gluteus muscles and tightness on low back erector spinae and multifidus and deep hip flexors Iliopsoas and then eventually will lead to Low back Pain, It is also called the Lower Crossed syndrome or increased Lumbar Lordosis. In this video, will discuss these muscles, and how to stretch and strengthen them in 4 simple exercises with progressions . I will also discuss first of on how to perform posterior pelvic tilt properly and to finally gain the Neutral spine with proper body awareness. It is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga based treatment plan for anterior Pelvic tilt that could be done daily spend at least 15 to 30 minutes of daily corrective exercises that are easy to follow with proper deep breathing to engage your core and and diaphragm which is one of the cor muscle groups. Hope you will like this program to finally fix our anterior Pelvic tilt posture. It takes a lot of daily exercises dedication and discipline in order to see results.
