Perfect workout for....when you don't feel good! Just wanted to move a bit and this was just right. If you like Robins videos on You Tube, you'd love being a part of the Sisterhood. I just renewed for my 3rd year, I have NEVER had a subscription to a gym or any program this long. I just love Robins style and the way the workouts make me feel. The sisterhood community is also a great part of the program. Just FYI if you love this...it's just a tease of what Sisterhood offers!

This was just what I needed! I'm just recovering from a cold and haven't been able to walk due to smoky air conditions. Also- I am a UCSB alumni so seeing Santa Barbara beaches was so calming!! Thank you!!

What a nice coincidence! I've been under the weather yesterday and still today. I just did this routine (though I did not do the rolling on the spine, as I had a bit of nausea this morning) and it definitely helped out. I'll be doing the deep breathing throughout the day.

It was good but I am in very rough shape; I needed suggestions for modifications. My hips are so tight that something as simple as lying flat is excruciatingly difficult. If you have a recommendation for VERY stiff hips and backs, please let me know.

It seems like it's been a LONG time since I've exercised. I'm Jillie from FB and Instagram (Jilliebtx, Insta and Jillieand Glen Bradley on FB) I used to subscribe to your Sisterhood but on a strict budget now so can't until my debt is paid off (4yrs). I restarted my fitness for my disabilities, Fibromyalgia, OsteoA including many spinal issues. The tempo is too fast for me but I did what I could to follow thru as I know you are trying to make a certain time. The rolling up, rocking down and up was very painful but I persevered. My fascia feels a tad bit more flexible after this and now I'm going to 1 of 2 of my favorite yoga Teachers on youtube: @shimaflowyoga and @Sarabethyoga and if my grandkids and Son & DIL aren't here, I will then find a theraband video for my arms that are way out of shape. I thank you Robin. I love you and hope to meet you and your Team one day. Thank you for helping me. Jillie

Great job making time to take care of you and your health. ❤️ We definitely don't want any exercise to feel painful, so we encourage you to modify or skip certain exercises based on what feels comfortable for you. Also always feel free to press "pause" on our workouts if you want to take a break or go at your own pace before resuming. You are doing a great job! 👏

So can men do your workouts as well? Looked at your description on Instagram and saw that is intended for busy women. This is coming from a rugged guy that is doing committed to a very physically demanding sport. I have a strong interest in Pilates and I plan to incorporate it in my training regime next year.
