I think this is my all time favorite. I had to modify the hip stretches as I'm needing surgery for right hip replacement so I did clam shells instead. Thank you!

I’ve been sick for the past three weeks, and this is the the first exercise I have done. I feel 100 percent better after completing this. Thanks, Robin. As always, a great workout video- though I typically like to do two in a row when I’m feeling fine. ❤

Enjoyed this. Would love more in standing. I get dizzy with the rolling down and up so will have to slow the speed down next time, which I didn't think of 1st. Thank you Robin! ♥️jill from texas

I really enjoy your workouts. However, sometimes the words at the bottom get in the way of actually seeing how you are doing the moves.
