I liked the planks but was expecting more challenge. I will be back to do a full body Pilates. Lovely calm voice. 😊

The camera close-ups are really helpful when you're trying to work with a mobile phone. More close ups please! Great class. 💜

Good morning Katja, I first did the morning pilates video and followed it with this one . My shoulders are not use to such a burning feeling . Had to pause for a childs pose before continuing . I love the challenge and will do this one again tomorrow morning.... Thank you and have a wonderful day xx

yes, take your time, there is no rush to do everything perfectly straight away... keep going and you will see and feel improvements, Meesa!

whenever i do side plank, my shoulder hurts. it's not clear to me where the arm needs to stand, does it need to be under the shoulder joint or is it better to have it slightly away from the shoulder so that there is a slant angle?

Thank you for your msg. My preference would be for the hand to be slightly forward (away) from the shoulder. Point your elbow crease the same direction where your thumb is pointing, external rotation of the upper arm, shoulder blade down towards pelvis. If your shoulder still hurts, lower the bottom leg to the ground for now. Hope it improves.
