That was a great idea, gluing the parts together before you glue the whole thing to the base, thus preserving your brilliant and careful arrangement!

Wow! This is so grungy...you didn't awesome job of making this tag your own. I like the technique with the stamps in the gesso and your last dabs of brown dabbing it on the paper were perfect. I am enjoying this series its fun. Maybe another time you could have subscribers submit one they'd like to see.

I love the real time with no speed up 👍😀 For many years ago I got small piece of some new stuff to try from a store. It have some kind of stick to it and it looks like food/ parchment paper, but it is for cards or laying and you lay the paper over all the pieces you want to glue. the pieces stick to it and you can flip it off and have all the pieces in the place so it is easy to glue them in the right order...oh it is SO difficult to explain so it do hope you know what I mean. Fabulously grunged!! I have more experience with these techniques from Tim Holtz than a lot of the other things I’m learning from you; however I didn’t know about the shading under the main piece or the use of a pencil around the edge! I have a bunch of watercolor pencils which I had sort of forgotten about, so I now I will add them to my growing list of materials to use! This is where your strong background in art techniques really shines through! Again, thanks so much!
