The evolution of Pioneer's professional NXS line-up continues, with the addition of the CDJ-900NXS digital player. The latest player builds on the success of its predecessor, the CDJ-900, plus it's packed with new technology including a full colour LCD screen, Beat Divide, four-deck Beat Sync and the ability to play sets from a smartphone.

Thanks! Watching this in 2021, will be playing an event with a 900NXS setup and I’ve never seen them before. Was helpful to confirm how the looping stuff works.

@@hibikimaiku Good luck! I made a few mistakes but overall went well. For some reason it wasn't auto cueing from the first memory cue but that may have just been setting. My active loops all worked correctly.

nice, but bad/annoying camera perspective. show more of the player, less of him. so we can see more details.

Perfect in-depth video! I really love all the new features of the cdj900nxs. This makes the choice between cdm 850 and 900nxs even harder

do they work as controllers for Traktor audio 10, as mates just got a pair and we cant get traktor working through them for love nor money, with sounding terrible and skipping when trying to calibrate

It's good for all levels really, as it's basic functions are simple, so you can get on it playing music straight away. Then, as you learn more, you can beging to use all the other functions it offers.
