Hi Linda, This was great.. Thank -you.. The next time you use this canner could you show how much water remains after forty minutes.. This would help a great deal as the drying out process would be a pain.. Thank-you.. Lochness Scottish Highlands

As an avid canner, Mrs. Wage’s is absolutely fine, and makes life much easier. I use the pickles and marinara sauce delicious. Dang, I’m making pizza sauce this season!

Wonder what cost is compared to CostCo’s White Linen pasta sauce is? White Linen is my favorite Great tip for the lids & how you keep them hot going to use this

Is it really necessary to use that much sugar? I use a touch of sugar for a whole pot of spaghetti sauce (not canned, I put it in the freezer because of all the stuff I put in it)

The flavor of the Mrs. Wages pizza seasoning pack is ok, not great, but that amount of sugar is crazy. My family will not eat sweet-tasting pizza, spaghetti, or even BBQ sauce. It just goes to show how Americans are so addicted to sugary sweet everything. A pinch of sugar for a whole pot of sauce is more than enough, imo.
