Hi Linda, We do NOT have Razor clams here in WI. But I think shrimp, canned clams, or even left over fish would be great in those. I think the red pepper goes very well with seafood. Thanks for doing these videos

We freeze our fresh caught fish the same way. Absolutely keeps freezer burn at bay.

You pressure canned shrimp back in 2015. How did they turn out? Would you can them again?

I’m sorry to say they were a huge waste of money. They come out very soft and fishy. They actually turn to mush even though they look beautiful in the jar. They are a no go for me.
