There’s a debate as to whether or not you can can certain foods like chili, or IF you had to follow specific recipes.

Peptic Enzyme ( you can find it where wine making things are sold). Add 1 / 8 the teaspoon per quart and soak for 12 ish hours or overnight . Shake and rise several times the pith will slough off easily. Preserve as directed.

I used to watch you all the time and have been subscribed for years but then I stopped getting things in my feed on your post and I thought maybe something happened to you or you just decided not to do it anymore. Saw you during Canuary this past January and was happy to see you're still plugging away. Seriously, do you ever age Linda? You're still just as young and pretty as ever! Thanks for all you share with us.

How long does it take Rhubarb to grow before you can harvest it? I've heard it takes 2 years before you can, but I've also heard a year. I never knew I liked rhubarb until a couple years ago and I had a taste of strawberry rhubarb pie and LOVED IT! would love to grow some in my "dream garden" but I"m the only one in the household that likes it.

What you said about the celery I bought some during the winter that was terrible, hard to explain, but really strong, threw it away. I love thyme, especially the lemon thyme, mines all blooming now. Happy gardening, it’s looking good.

Your garden oasis is looking wonderful! When you said you could fill your whole backyard with vegetable gardens, well we did that lol, then we turned our front flower beds into raised veggie gardens, and now we're doing the sides of the house! LOL :) It's been such a blessing during the C word and now inflation and food instability. I cannot recommend it enough.

For those of you asking for the recipe, I did the best I could. The only one that was a little cloudy was the molasses. but here we go: 1 qt tomato sauce plus 2 quarts of water, (2) 2/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbs onion powder, 6tbs mustard powder, 2tbs liquid smoke, 2-3 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, now, the molasses is unclear, I think it’s 2/3 cup of molasses, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper.
