The judge was about to award the plaintiff $200 because of the work that had already been done, and because there was really no damage to the man’s water pipes or water supply, he wasn’t entitled to a full refund since job occurred no damages. His tantrum threw it all away.

The judge awarded a judgment to the plaintiff. When she changed her mind she added more money to the judgement. After the show we asked why she did that and she said she felt her first judgment wasn’t enough...

That's the beauty of arbitration. Arbitrators aren't bound to the same terms of court that judges are. They can make whatever ruling they want so long as it *technically* doesn't violate state or federal laws. Since the dude kicked Judge Milian's door, Milian can legally rule he kicked the other guy's car. Whether or not he actually did is irrelevant, and what's worse for him: he can NEVER take this case to court. lol
