I loveeee cribbage. I’d never heard of it until I found a board in my neighbor’s game closet... she was from Boston! So I searched for game instructions and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love old games like this that take brain power! Cribbage, backgammon, gin rummy, etc.!! ☺️ great video, fun to watch a real game ♥️♥️

I loved the video, and thanks so much for making it! We are learning to play cribbage and I wanted to watch an actual game, so this was a great find on KZfaq. I grew up in Canada but now I live in the UK; it was great to hear a proper Canadian accent for the first time in a while! And I was able to share that with my partner. Blessings to you; hope your warm weather comes soon! (It rains a lot here but my British partner says he has never been 'snowed in'; he thinks it sounds nice, but I assured him it's not that great...)

Thank you fun video. I’m just learning cribbage. Why are you not counting points in play? First hand 15 but no marking :?

When I was disabled and homeless, I stayed temporarily at a homeless shelter for the disabled. While there, I played cribbage with a homeless lady who later became my girlfriend--so I owe it to cribbage!

Sorry too hear you had a rough go. Glad the game brought you happiness

@@CheapskateGardener Thanks for your kind words. I had a rough time and long struggles, but I'm very happy and contented now. I have financial security and have friends committed to gaming. No, not online but IRL. Online cannot compare at all with IRL. So I'm lucky.

There aren’t any points for “go” inherently right? Just 31 or last card. How did opponent get consecutive points for “go’s?” In any case, he needed all the help he could get.

It was 8 before the cut . The cut card didn't give you an extra 6 points

It's two points for exactly 31, even if it's the last card so it was scored correctly.

I find it mildly annoying she calls the crib the "kitty".

8:50 " 9 and 7 for 15???(and you took 2 points for it lol)

You added 9 and 7 to 15, so you stole points.
@dannyh90102 жыл бұрын
8:51, 9+7=16, not 15. You stole that 2 points! Then you count his nine as 24, not 25. You’re slick!
@jonathanweinblatt7866 Жыл бұрын
Not sure why I'm commenting on such an old comment, but she misspoke when she said he played a 9. You can count the pips and it was an 8 so it was scored correctly
