Please bare in mind, Eastern European countries don't have the same past as the colonial west. Therefore there are not that many black individuals as in all the countries which had colonies or slavery. Expression such as chocolate and so forth is a comparison, it's not seen as racist + the N word is widely used. I am not defending ingnorance. However the history is utterly different & it's difficult to explain also positive racism to someone in the East. The same as "talk as a rapper". Ukraine is beautiful and also other Eastern European countries
