I have followed you on and off for about 5 years. For the longest, I wasn’t motivated among several other factors that just lead me astray from exercising. Now, I’ve been working out again. I joined the gym which helped me get started, but now, I don’t even want to go to the gym! I LOVE your workouts! They are everything I need and more! The gym just doesn’t help as much as you do when it comes to diastasis recti safe exercises. Thank you so much for being here for all of us!!!

I really love your workouts. I did them a few times a week before I had my baby boy and my pushing phase only lasted 16 minutes. I’m now starting on the postpartum workouts 💗

This challenge was amazing, thank you!!! I completed the challenge and now l'm using it as a daily work out. It was so easy for all of us who don't have enough time. Although i have a quetion: in some work outs you have a link for cool down and in other ones not. We have to cool down on every work out or its not necessery some days?

How to you do a deep breath when your supposed to keep your abs engaged? Or are you supposed to relax them when you take a breath and then contract and squeeze only as you exhale? I find myself breathing very shallow if I'm keeping my abs tight.

There is a way to breathe while still keeping’s your abs engaged. breathe through your diaphragm while engaging the abs, hopefully that makes sense lol but it takes practice for sure

Yes, after you are cleared for postpartum exercises (usually 6-8 weeks after a cesarean section 💞
