I'm so excited! Today is the very last day of the 14 day postpartum workout challenge! We are celebrating with a 20 minute postpartum dance cardio workout!
It's all low impact and you don't need any equipment. Don't worry about getting it perfect...just follow along and enjoy the music! I hope you have fun and thank you so much for joining me for this challenge! I'm so proud of you and so grateful for you!

I did it! Day 14 of working out consistently for the first time since having a baby last fall. I really want to try for another baby soon but I wanted to get stronger and heal my diastasis recti first. It was so overwhelming to know where to start! I did a video from your 14-day challenge plus a walk with my kids every day, and I already notice a difference, and am so much more motivated to keep going. THANK YOU! And my future third child will probably thank you too! ;)

I’m 7 weeks post c-section and was cleared a few days ago for exercise and this was my first workout! Thanks for the workouts while pregnant and helping me get back in shape now after baby!

This was such a fun end to the 14-day challenge. It felt like a true celebration - thank you for helping me feel strong, like myself again, and helping me set the tone each morning in a positive and energetic way. My postpartum isn’t what I had imagined, recovering from a miscarriage, but I am truly grateful to have found your channel to help me heal. I’m sitting here debating whether I should go for another round of this challenge because I enjoyed it so much!

I finished! I only did it on weekdays so it took me almost 3 weeks, but don't think I have ever worked out this consistently before. It made such a difference when I just decided that the workout was the already-decided first thing I do. I feel like I can already feel and maybe see a difference in my core, and I'm not as quickly worn out by carrying my 11mo and 2.5yo up stairs 😊 I'm excited to jump into your normal monthly workout calendar and continue getting stronger! Thank you for your workouts and encouragement. Definitely didn't do them all in 14 days straight, but still finished! feeling really good and will continue with the postpartum workouts - 20min is a perfect length. Baby is 15 weeks now and can almost always watch me working out from her playmat for the whole time

I have done 2 of these workouts so far and the next day I was so sore! I’m 4 months postpartum and this is giving me better cardio than a walk! I really enjoy the energy in these videos!

Im 8 weeks post partum and stumbled across this series while looking for some post partum safe flow yoga. Ended up going back to the start and doing all 14 days straight. I looked forward to devoting the 20 minutes of me time and return to my family a better version of myself. I knew tta i should go straight back to running and these videos gave me thr guidance I needed to slowly and safely start my return to sport. Thanks for making this accessible to all women❤

I do this 14 day challenge while doing calorie deficit, and drinks a lot of water 1.5 liter sometimes 2 liters, I'm so happy to the results from 62kg to 59kg. I'm finally now confident thanks to your videos for mommies like me 🥰💖 I will continue watching your videos and try another challenge until I become fit again 💕

Just finished the 2 weeks challenge. It has been hard getting back into the swing of things but this helped me with building back my foundations before jumping into the gym or intense training and now I feel a lot more prepared to safely return to my regular Fitness routines. Just finished the 14day challenge from idk what year 😅 I was sweating! Thank you so much, i feel stronger for sure and don't remember the last time i was this consistent with working out. I took 4 rest days but even then i was walking. I showed up for myself every day!

Ok Jessica, I don't dance, have 0% rhythm, and generally don't love cardio workouts. But this was AH-MAZING! I enjoyed it so much, it is definitely one of my favorites that I will remember to return to often. So sweaty too yayyy!

Thanks for the great postpartum workouts! To do it everyday was a bit too complicated so it took me 20 days to complete this challenge. However, I did it all and I’m glad because I honestly feel the difference! I’m 3-4months postpartum. Thank you very much!

Thanks for the workout Jessica. Small feedback..the moves change so fast and randomly ..it would help if for the same music we can do each move for 30 sec or so with a timer running or sync more with the song
