I'll tell you one thing, I was maybe 10 years old when I made Gnocchi alone for the first time, yes really alone without my mother controlling me, instigated by my even younger brother, but already very greedy! Before going out, my mum had prepared a good tomato sauce and boiled potatoes that she had already peeled and mashed and so I took the flour and started kneading it, forming the gnocchi and making them again and I must say they turned out very well!
Then when she arrived mom she was a little amazed, then she instead she was happy and cooked them for the joy of my brother and also for the rest of the family! Having said that 😅 you'll understand that I still love making gnocchi today and eating them! Today I show you a condiment that I think is perfect and goes very well both in terms of taste and textures! Try it they are easy and amazing!
Ingredients:
4 potatoes (400-430 g weighed when cooked)
200 g 00 flour
1 pc salt and pc nutmeg
3 tablespoons of milk
80 g Smoked scamorza cheese
Gorgonzola
black pepper
Jowls
Salt and Oil
